We can arrange for you to be met at any of the London International airports or at St.Pancras International Station. If you require an airport transfer, please select the relevant option in the online checkout process, or tick the box on the application form for us to send you a form with your confirmation of documents.
Below are the 2024 one-way rates for meeting and transfer to accommodation address:
Return transfers are charged at the same rate. Eg: Return transfer from Heathrow: £360 per person. Return transfer from Gatwick: £430 per person, and so on.
For 2 people sharing, please add an extra £50 to the above prices. Eg: 2 people travelling one way from London Heathrow: £180 + £50 = £230 for 2 people (£115 per person, one way).
