We can arrange for you to be met at any of the London International airports or at Waterloo International Station. If you require an airport transfer, please tick the box on the application form and we will send you a form with your confirmation of documents.

Insurance
Before you arrive in the UK, we strongly recommend that you take out insurance for your own financial and personal security.
You can take out your own insurance or take out the International Student Policy offered by Endsleigh Insurance Services Limited which has been specially designed for overseas students studying in the UK.
The International Student Policy covers:
- emergency medical expenses
- repatriation
- cancellation or curtailment charges
- baggage
- personal money, passport and documents
- course fees
- personal liability
- legal expenses

NB It is advisable to take out your student insurance at the time of booking your trip as cover will commence for pre-departure cancellation from the policy issue date. This will, therefore, provide cover should you have to cancel your course for an insured reason such as illness or serious accident preventing you from travelling.

Tennis lessons
The School can arrange tennis lessons with a professional tennis coach at the rate of approximately £40.00 per hour.
Riding lessons
The School can arrange riding lessons at the local stables at the rate of approximately £55 per hour Tuesday to Friday and £65 at weekends.
Registration fee
A registration fee of £40 is payable on booking.
Materials fee
This covers the cost of main course book for full-time courses plus an exam practice book for 13 week exam courses. Students on shorter exam couses will need to buy or borrow the exam practice book.
Courses upto 11 weeks £20 is payable on booking
Courses 12 weeks or more £40 is payable on booking
24 weeks AYP £40 is payable on booking
26 weeks AYP £50 is payable on booking
Accommodation placement fee
A fee of £40 for each accommodation placement is payable on booking.
DHL
The school can arrange for your confirmation of booking to be sent to you by DHL. The fee for this service is £70
Parking
The school has a parking space available for students outside Kings Lodge Residence. The cost for this service is £40 per week
Visa nationals
Students who are applying for a student visa must pay £10 to cover the cost of the CAS "Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies"
